At our store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return and refund policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
